ive managed to register it and got a confirmation message from them but still no joy with the email it says my username is invalid must be 4 charcters which it is cause its my email address??

Hi there ,

 

 

Your device is not connected to BlackBerry Internet Services as you told on your previous post and in that situation simply entering your email will not work . you should push this matter with your carrier to reconfirm if BIS is properly activated in your account .

Secondly , I'm not sure if it will help but as your device is an used one , you can try this steps after performing a backup :
