hi i have a bb 9360 curve and last night it just turned off, and when it came back on the screen was white and said jmv error 102, ive tried sorting out 2day with no luck at all, can anyone help please, it now just say error 102 with a white screen. much appreciated.
hi thanks, but been trying that all day, but says cant connect to my device, ive tried updating but said no updates are available, so now dont know what to do.
