error 80002/ erro 80002

 

good Morning
I have a 8520 model blackyberry curve ...
And I can not access the app world, or downloading new apps by the app world or computer with phone connected ...

When you open the app world the following message appears

`` The app world requires the latest version of blackberry ID ``

When I click on `` update ``

and show this The message

`` Sorry, the server software update is not available. try again. ``:Oops:

I click`` retry ``

and the same message appears

decide when clicking ``close`` other message appears

`` Has failed to install the blackberry ID. try again later. ``

I have registered the blackberry ID the internet ...
What can I do to solve my problem?

Erro 80002

Bom dia

eu tenho um blackyberry curve modelo 8520...
E, não consigo acessar o app world, nem baixar novos aplicativos, nem pelo app world nem pelo computador e celular conectado...

Ao abrir o App world aparece a seguinte mensagem

`` O app world requer a versão mais recente do blackberry ID``

Quando clico em ``atualizar``

Aparece a mensagem

`` Desculpe, o servidor de atualização de software não está disponível. tente novamente.``

Clico em ``repetir``

e aparece a mesma mensagem

quando decido clicar em ``fechar`` aparece a mensagem

`` ocorreu uma falha na instalação do blackberry ID. tente novamente mais tarde.``

Eu fiz o registro do blackberry ID pela internet...
O que posso fazer pra solucionar meu problema?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

While it is one number different, this KB has often been useful in your situation:

  • KB29613 The error "BlackBerry Identity installation failed. Please try again later. (80003)" is displayed within BlackBerry App World

Alternatively:

  • KB29501 "Error installing BlackBerry Identity, please try again later" when trying to install an update for BlackBerry Identity in BlackBerry App World.

 

Sometimes, deleting the Identity App itself from the BB can cause it to reinstall fresh, fixing the problem:
