error message on blackberry

hello everybody,

    I have blackberry 8310, since few days everytime I open browser, a message comeup on the screen saying "a problem occured while trying to render the page", and then page doesnot open. Does anyone know why that message is coming up?? Please help me.

Always try a soft reset first.....just remove the batt.  Wait 30 sec and replace.  This will free up memory.

Clear out your browser history and cache.....this may help also. 

Try it again.

 

Lets get a little more info.

 

1.  Which site are you trying to open?

2. Be sure your settings are correct.  (allow java scripts...etc) under options.

 

Not all sites can be opened on a bb, due to security certs.

Hello there!

           thanks for the reply, about the error at first it was once in a while that it was showing that message.  Now it is not opening any site at all, everytime I try to broswe any site the message comes up saying "A problem occured while trying to render the page". Can you please help me??

Hi, are you using the internet browser provided by Black berry or a third party like Opera mini?

Have you added any third party applications unrelated to the browser? Please specify device and device operating

system. You can find the OS by options about.
