I'm afraid I may need to replace my phone already. Only 1 1/2 months old. I am getting initialization failed sos
I tried going to the kiosk and he didn't know what was wrong with it. I called the head office and they told me to take the battery out and the sim card and reset the phone.
I did this a couple of time tonight and it still is coming up with initialization failed.
Before I go without a phone for a couple of days, any other tips anyone can offer?
