Help! I forgot my blackberry ID password and cannot recover it because it seems that the e-mail address I used for my Blackberry ID does not work anymore because I forgot that password as well. What can I do?????
If you back up your device data using BlackBerry Desktop Software then you can get back all the device data. However, if you've purchased any apps from App World then those will be lost as they are tagged under your BlackBerry ID.
