frustrated with browser connection

When I try to browse the Internet, I recently started getting a popup box that says, "A problem occurred while trying to render the page."  I haven't been able to connect to the Internet for about 4-5 days.  Can someone help?

Is this with any site? First try to reset the device by removing the battery for 1 minute and try it.
