help me i can not register my blackberry 9300

hi
i have tryed everything to register my blackberry 9300 curve for weeks but can not get it right from the following
options _devices_advanced system settings_host routing table_register now
but keep getting registeration mesage sent but still can not register my device please help me

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan active on your account as opposed to a standard Carrier Data Plan?

If unsure give your carrier a call and enquire about the plans they do.

I also have the same problem with my blackberry curve 8520. I have subscribed for a blackberry data plan for one month and yet it wouldn't connect. I have tried registering by all means possible through: devices advanced system settings host routing table register now
but keep getting registration message sent. I called my service provider and they said its from RIM network.. Please I need help on fixing this problem so as to be able to browse with my blackberry phone..
