Thanks for your question on email settings for the BlackBerry® smartphone.
To clarify - are you referring to BlackBerry® Internet Service email?
If so, you can change the display name from the email account to the desired display name by going to:
- Go to Set Up
- Select Email accounts
- Select Internet Mail Account
- On the desired email account, click on it and select Edit.
- Scroll down to Your Name
- Type in desired display name
- Hit the Menu key
- Select Save
