how am i gonna set up a new email at blackberry because once i want to activate the current email, it said 'sorry, unable to continue your session. please log in again'. once i log in again, its keep saying the same thing...help me...tq

You've posted in the Enterprise area of this forum.
Is this a corporate provided employee device, or your personal BlackBerry, not on any employer BES account?
