i can't use my bbm!!

My bbm not function, already try uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work, can somebody please help me, thanks :smileyhappy:

In what sense doing it not function? It will not open or you are not able to send and receive messages? 

 

If you cannot get messages, do you have an active BlackBerry data plan that includes BBM rather than a generic data plan from your carrier?
