What, exactly, have you heard? Are you seeing that error on your BB? If not, then it's moot, right?

Yes :Clap: I will wipe my bb later by getting my password wrong 1 more time and hopefully i will be able to start again right?

Correct...that is how it is supposed to work. But, do understand that, with technology designed, built, and operated by humans,perfection is not attainable...hence, all I can say is that..."supposed to work".

Unfortunately, I got to this forum just as my phone was getting wiped................

 

Just yesterday, I transferred all contacts to outlook.

 

But it's all good. Have a new phone now, eh?
