i have problem receiving e-Mails and BBM messages

hi every one

 

i have been used the BB for last 2 month ( curve 8900)

last Tuesday my BB stop receiving E-mails and BBm but other Party recevied what i send but i can't recive what they send to me only when i connect to the wireless network (Wi Fi ) every things work fine i can receive and send, when i disconnect the Wi Fi and work in the SIM ( wap) nothing worked.

I contact the service provider, I explain to them my problem and they advise me to wipe the device i do this and  after that nothing work even if i conect to the Wi Fi .


i can receive and making calls  only
i update the software ( V4.6.1.310 platform 4.2.0127)  nothing happen when problem still exsit i restart the device, i get regstration message from black berry that my device is registration ( your handheld has been registered with the wireless network).
but i still not working
when i send things by emails or BBm other party received the message
but when he reply my i get nothing

Do this, in order:

 

1. On your device, go to Options > Advanced > Service Books. Scroll to and find ANY entry with your email address. Press the Menu key > Delete. Do that for each with an email address.

 

2. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

 

3. Once rebooted, go to Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.

4. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.
From your handheld device: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402
From your desktop PC: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830

5. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot

but i still have the same problem

 

i do as you told but when i go to provider web  i send book service again and nothing come on black berry device

 

i just now call the provider and they told me that they send incedint to black berry company to fix my problem

 

 

i dont now what i should do

On your device homescreen, do you show EDGE on the upper corner for your signal connection?

I would keep trying the above processes.

 

If still no satisfaction, you need to contact your carrier, perhaps and have your BIS account deleted and readded.
