All my icons have disappeared from the display.  How do I reset my home screen.

Reading through other posts, I understand I need to get to the options menu.  I followed the instructions, changed the keyboard dialing to "no", but the option menu does not come up when I push "o".  any other suggestions on how I get to the options menu?

from the home screen (with the nice picture wallpaper), clic on the menu key (the one with the small blackberry drawn on it, on the left of the trackball).
You have several icons that appear. Select the one that is called "options".
