hi everyone

I have a blackberry curve 8520

for the past week, all the calls that I receive show as "unknow numbers"

they're all saved in my contacts but no name on numbers appears, when the phone rings it says "unknow numbers", I did not have this problem before so I don't understand what's happening

anything needs to be change in my settings??

Do you have the caller ID service with your wireless provider? The service is required to see the names of the callers when they arrive on your BlackBerry® smartphone.
