My phone froze, i took the battery out and it wouldnt turn back on, i tried putting another blackberry battery in and my phone started up, then turned back off, and wouldnt start back up, the phone was fully charged when it had froze, can this be fixed?
Since your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8520 smartphone is unable to power on, it will not be able to connect with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. Please try to force a connection by following the steps in one of these KB articles.

Please note that this process will remove all data from your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8520 smartphone.
