is normal when i connect to wifi i can't view the bb icon whoever that i can browser the internet normally, i have bb curve 9360

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
It might be normal...I've heard (while rare) of some carriers preventing their BB users from using BB-proprietary services via WiFi. But, with a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not WiFi), I do suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

thank you very much for your time,the bb service icon was working fine before but i got a new router and there was a problem to connect it so after i reset and removed all networks and i search for the wireless again the bb service icone gone

i tried too many routers and still the same connecting and i can browse the internet but the bb icon did not appear
and all that happend after i reset the connections from wifi connection on mobile

OK...I think...I think you are saying the same thing you said up in post 3 above? In any event, I think I will again reverse myself and recommend that you do try what I gave you in post 2 above.
