Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Hello again.
I don't know what "resoft" means...if you mean to say that you tried exactly what was described above and it did not help, then the next step is for you to think back at what has changed on your BB just before the behavior started. A new theme? A new app? An update? The smallest thing could be the culprit. If something did change, then undo that and see if the behavior goes away. Otherwise, your entire device OS may need to be reloaded from scratch to start clean. If the behavior does not present, then start adding your apps one by one, leaving large gaps of time between them (at least a day...longer if possible). See when the behavior comes back...that will indicate the culprit app. If the behavior stays cured, then something had become corrupt in the base OS that the reload cured. If the behavior presents right off the bat (when you first install the clean OS), you should go in for warranty evaluation.

I reloaded the OS (with an older version and only the OS without applications only) and now the other keys do not work....

Well, I'm not sure why you went to an older version...typically, more things get fixed in updates than get broken...you'd likely be wisest to use the most recent version that your carrier supports. Indeed, if there are even newer versions released by other carriers, you can use those (with a little trick or 2).
Anyway, if the behavior continues as you indicate, there would likely be something wrong requiring warranty/service evaluation. From what you describe, moisture is starting to creep into my thinking as causal (which, if true, typically voids the warranty).
Good luck and let us know!
