language problem

1-i updated the lang option on the device and removed by mistake the arabic language and i cant add it back

2-i have a problem with the internet that it lags?

You can re-install the missing language packs by following the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB13067

 

Also internet speed is determined by your network service provider.  Contact them for more information.
