media

hi

i recently purchased a larger media card to save more music on my curve 8520 and once inseeted got the following message

" a media card has been inserted that contains errors. To correct errors please use a disk error checking utility"

 

Can anyone tell me how to go on about this.?

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

I would suggest to try reformatting the Media card, please complete the following:

 

  1. From the Home screen of the BlackBerry® smartphone, click Options > Memory or Options >Advanced Options > Memory  (Choose the option that appears on the BlackBerry smartphone).
  2. Display the menu and click Format Card.
