memory problems help

Hey u guy have help me in the past but I have now I have a problem I bought a new blackberry 9650 it worked good for 2 weeks and new if I install a new app and if don't like it I would delete if to save space but when i restart the device it be very slow all the time but I download a app called memory up pro it would help for about 3 to 2 hours after that it would go back to geting slow is there any way to fix this (thank you).

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
