Twice over the past 2 days, call logs, text messages, messenger conversations and random emails suddenly got deleted. I was using the phone as normal and suddenly it all got deleted. Is there any way to retrieve the lost data? And is there anyway to prevent this from happening again as it is very inconvenient.
You're facing memory constraints in your device. Perform the following steps -
Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30sec.
Check how much memory is free in your device to Options-> Status-> Free Memory. To view all the database size go to Option-> Status-> click Menubutton then select Database Sizes
Delete less frequently used application. To delete go to Options-> Advanced Options -> Applications-> highlight the application you want to delete -> click Menuand select Delete
If you stored your picture in device memory them move them to your media card
