I've had my new bb 9790 for 2 months and cannot send or receive mms. I'm on contract with virgin mobile . Their help desk reply was to download latest s/w. This I've done but that changed nothing. When trying to open mms thro' link message says "unable to find the requested server" Any ideas

Do you have the BlackBerry Data Plan from Virgin on your account?

Or , a generic data plan?

try to call your service provider to ask about your problem

hello I'm sorry if I have not explained how to do, but unfortunately I'm Italian and I do not know the configuration of your telephone operators, but if you call the assistance of your service provider, they send you a message that makes the configuration automatically.

Actually, the user above probably needs to subscribe the the proper BlackBerry Data Plan.
