moving pictures from my BB to my PC

I am trying to move hurricane "Ike" pictures from my BB to my computer.  When I click on Media Manager Roxio opens.  While I am familiar with Roxio I am not finding what I think I should.  It appears the computer is assigning the letter K: to the BB.  When I try to open K: I get the message to insert the media card.  How do I tell the Media Manager to connect to the BB internal memory?

Re: moving pictures from my BB to my PC

Other users have experienced problems also when the "removable" drive of the Media Card is on a letter higher than e or f. rename your K to e, or f, and/or move whatever is currently the e or f drive and then unplug and see if the BB Media Card becomes the lower letter.

Re: moving pictures from my BB to my PC

Thanks for the response.  When I first opened Roxio I bypassed, on the opening page, the option of choosing the device memory.
