Hello !

 

I just got a problem... I transfered mp4 vids to my bb curve BUT, I can only listen the audio but cant watch the vid ! just audio...

 

Anyone has an idea why ??? What can I do ?

Hello. What operating system are you running on your BB? To find out go to options then about. It will have a number that looks like this 4.x.x.xxx. Please let us know.

hello,

when you have a video, there is a video codec and an audio codec. The file you are trying to view has an audio codec that the Blackberry can read, and a video codec that the blackberry cannot read.

here is the list of codecs that the blackberry can read :

If you download GSpot Appliance for windows, and read the video file with it, it will tell you the name of the video codec. I'm sure it is not supported by Blackberry.
