msg says"phone not allowed MM6"

my blackberry curve 9300 is showing a msg "phone not allowed MM6". I asked my network provider Rogers

and they have to say that my phone has been accidently blacklisted as lost or stolen and only Blackberry can

de-list it. I have bought the phone legally from e-bay and also have an invoice from the company that sent it to me. it was called "pure mobile" It is definately neither lost or stolen as I have owned it since 2011 till date. I need to fix this ASAP as I am not able to use it at all and it is the only phone I have. Please help, thanks
