my 9830 curve problem

my 9380 has frozen during at 8% during a software update, anything i can do,,going on for 3 hours now

didnt work, safe mode apperard on the screen but would not let me do anything then begun the software update again????

After you delete Social Feeds and Smart Card databases, reboot your BlackBerry and start to update again.
