my BB curve 8520 problems

My  keeps showing me application registry waitF or(0x7c80247z365c3985)timeout. It also shows stuffs like index6<=6 and finally ower died thread[thread-557618176,8] because of all this errors I can't make calls or receive,it doesn't even regsiter a missed call lastly I can't access my contact list! But I can ping,send/receive text and emails. Have my phone crashed? Pls somebody help me
