my BBM isn't working

i updated my BBM and whenever i try and get on BBM it says assoiciating BBM with your blackberry ID. thats all i says and i have left it for like 2 days and it hasn't come up. whats happening?

#1. This may occur sometimes due to the time zone as I think it sounds like it's the wrong. And thats whats causing the issue. Change it to your timezone and then do a battery pull and if that helps?

 

#2. Ot you need to register your new phone with your bb account. Go to Settings > email account > move email account... follow prompts and then do battery pull,
