hello juliocraig786,

I am sorry about your loss. If you have specifically installed an application for that, then you can use its web equivalent to get information about the location of your phone (for example BlackBerry Protect). If you have not, then the answer is no.

Protecting your device is something that must be done prior to such an issue. Thinking afterwards is too late. Sorry.

Re: my bb curve 8520 has been stolen can anyone track it for me, or how do i go about it

So what about a phone lost in a coroprate enviroment?  One of my users has lost his phone.  We have determined that the battery is probably dead.  I have sent a lock and password change to the phone for when (if) it is powered up.

I see that Blackberry Protect is not available for units hooked to a BES.  Does RIM have an enterprise solution for tracking BB's.  It would be nice to have something that I could go and look to see where the last location of communication was for the BB that has been lost.

Thanks

Hi there...sorry for the late reply...

I'm actually not sure what BES has that might compare to what BB Protect provides. But, you might want to ask BES admins over in the BES section of this site:
