my bbm is not working

After my phone wiped every time I go on bbm on my blackbery 9320 it says ''setting up bbm'' I topped up £5.00 and texted to 441 ''MONTHBB'' its saying Sorry, due to a technical problem your request has not been processed. Please try again later. Apologies for any inconvenience. Please help I want my bbm backkk :smileysad:

I called t-moblie told them to put 1month bbm and they did and it worked and everything came back
