my blackberry 9360 unable to connect to BIS

My bb9360 is unable to connect to BIS. I have contacted my carriers and they said my BIS data plan is active on my sim, I don't know what to do please I need ur help. My pin is 28DA3408, IMEI is 357965.04.081191.4, my carrier is MTN Nigeria

Make sure you have BIS BlackBerry Data Plan in your sim card account. Register your device to your network. KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network

 

BlackBerry Registration message should appear. Now on your main screen, type 'manage connections' in search menu. What is BlackBerry Internet Service Status? It shall Connected to Mobile Network and you will able to use BlackBerry data services i.e. BBM, push email, Blackberry World, Facebook for BB etc.

Thanks maxxxiii. We still can deal with this. If you want to find solutions for BIS issues, there are lots in this Forums, no need to go anywhere.
