my phone is no longer working

Basically my Blackberry Curve phone, the latest model, 9360 has stopped recieving phone signal. It constantly reads ''Searching for network'' or ''No service' and sometimes its writes SOS'. I have changed sim cards, and it still doesn't work, I have wiped my phone, and it still doesn't work, I have checked everything that i could check and there is no is. I have done several battery resets and it still fails to work! Any help would be extremely grateful as it is relatively

I was having the same problem, and leaving the battery out overnight seems to have worked. Don't know if that's actually what fixed the problem, but it's worth a shot i guess...

Hi Luqa,

 

Check the below knowledge base article for network issue -

 

  • KB03448 Network status indicator shows "SOS" on the BlackBerry smartphone

If your problem doesn't resolve the you should consider updating/reinstalling your device OS.
