need help asap

my sister recently had to bring her bb into the shop as the scroller stopped working. the phone was sent away and she was giving a new bb but now her bb isnt connecting to any internet connection and her bbm isnt working but she was still charged for her bb bolt-on !! any one any advice on what she could do? its a blackberry curve 9300 purple phone that is 02 network if that is any help :smileyhappy:

Hello...apologies for the delay...hopefully you already got this sorted, but just in case!

It sounds as if O2 did not properly migrate her services from the old BB to this new one. And only they (O2) can do that...so the thing to do is ring them up and get them to sort it.
