network failure

Hi i am  Calvin, using a blackberry curve 9380, i am facing an embarassing situation with my mobile network . 

Since 3 days the network shows SOS and i can make any calls, i have tried to check my operator they said my package still available. What should i do ?

Try removing your SIM card and replacing it in the device.

 

Network status indicator shows "SOS" on the BlackBerry smartphone

Thanks for the support but still not working, it shows initialisation failed and the SOS on the network icon.

Then I would suggest that you get a SIM card replacement from your mobile network operator.
