new Blackberry Curve 9360 is still charging at 18 hours. What is wrong?

I have a new blackberry curve 9360 that i got yesterday. i charged it first time (until 100%) for about 2-3 hours. then i did the usual downloads (bb app world, yahoo, emails, etc) and since it was already around 15%, i charged it. now, it has been charging for almost 18hours but it still is not 100% charged. is something wrong? is this normal? i heard of 16hours, but not of over that. pls help..

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Are you charging the device with a electric outlet charger or are you charging using the USB cable to your computer?

Thanks,
