not authorized

i got a quick question how come everytime i try to install something OTA i get you are not autherized to veiw this page and when i try downloading the program to my pc and try adding it through the desktop software it says nothing additional applications were found for your device any way to fix that?

Are you using BES? If so your I.T. Departement may have the phone blocked from downloading any apps.

Have you tried to download anything to your desktop pc and then transfer it to the BB? If you can do that it will at least help us narrow down where the problem lies. Anyone else out there with any other ideas? Can a firewall setting block the downloading of apps?

When you download the file to the PC you need to save it to a specific directory, I use test. Then open the file in test (it's a self extracting file and it will put the app in the test directory. When you Use the app loader in Desktop, you have to tell the App loader where to look for the file. Select browse and in this example choose test directory.
