not receiving emails

Was working fine until one hour ago. Now I can't receive emails, when I pull the battery and reset it they come through. Naturally I have no computer available and need my emails. No one else with my company is having trouble but me! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I take it you are on a BES device? If so have the IT department resend your service books.

Also check the file free and file total numbers in options status, get the level of battery charge as well.
