Re: on msg REPLY I have no SEND option?!

After composing the message, click the trackball. You should have these options, send, safe draft, full menu. Please let me know if your menu is different.

Re: on msg REPLY I have no SEND option?!

thats just it.  after i hit reply and type the message, i hit the track ball and have just 2 options -- Save Draft or Full Menu.  If i click Full Menu, there is no SEND?!

thanks

on the message you compose in order to reply, do you have the To: field filled with a correct address ?

Just pull out device battery for 30sec/1min and replace the battery again.

Re: on msg REPLY I have no SEND option?!

thanks for ideas but still not working.

when i hit REPLY there is always a valid email address in the TO field (tried a few times)

and i've tried pulling the battery a couple of times.

i just don't get the option to SEND.  so i have to compose New each time i need to respond to an email?!  awfully frustrating.

any other ideas/solutions?  tks

Re: on msg REPLY I have no SEND option?!

So when you compose a NEW email you can send that? It's just when you hit reply to a current message that you can't send it? Is that correct?

Re: on msg REPLY I have no SEND option?!

yeah.  i can compose and send any help just fine.

and it looks like i can hit reply or reply to all.  But then i cannot SEND it.  there is no option to SEND after pushing the trackball or full menu.

i'm using a company-issued (probably BES) blackberry.  And i use outlook.  my IT team couldn't solve it on thursday and i've been seeking help since.

thanks again for the ideas / help
