Im a new user of BB9380 and i am really having a lot of problem. The video and camera are having some errors, and I want to update my OS version too but I don't even know what OS version is installed o my phone. I've been tryng to follow some steps I got from google but its not really helping at all. Its really frustrating. 

 

Please help...
