outgoing call problem

dear friends i purchased balck berry 9360 in qatar. i came to india just now i used indian simcard . when i am call to anyone means it is not going . and it is showing that "YOU HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR IDENTITY RESTRICTION". PLEASE HELP TO RESLOVE THIS PROBLEM

Hello,

 

From your description, it sounds like you had subscribed to identity restriction in Qatar, but do not subscribe to it via the Indian SIM card, and have a setting in your device configuration attempting to use that feature...which it cannot do since you are not subscribed to it. While for a different model BB, the steps in this KB should guide you to the proper location on your BB so as to change your configuration regarding Identity Restriction...try each setting until things work as you desire:

Yes, I know that...and I even said "While for a different model BB"...the steps should be the same, regardless of device model. Please try them, as I described above.

So, you tried multiple settings on that screen, and none made any difference to the result? For example, if you are not subscribed to Identity Restriction, and you have your configuration set to "Always", then you may not be able to make calls since your configuration does not match what you are subscribed to. Can you provide a little more detail about exactly what you did to try?

manage connections-----networks and connections-----bluetooth connections---options---allow out going calls---- never---- save .... this process followed

That's not even close to the process outlined in the KB I linked for you above. Bluetooth has nothing whatsoever to do with the issue as you have reported it. Please re-read the process steps included in the KB I linked in Post 2 above, and try those as they are documented.
