I have acquired the curve for work from a person who is now gone. I attempted to set up voicemail and personal greeting but I do not know the passcode. Is there anyway to get past that so that I can put in my own passcode and set up voicemail and greeting?
If this is a passcode when you phone voicemail, you will need to contact your service provider - voicemail is hosted on their servers and not on the Blackberry.
