pdf not opening

i have 8520 curve and pdf does not open in that. have tried to save files in all locations but it does not show in the mob

can anyone help?please

More detail of what exactly you are trying to do is needed for complete assistance, but I can tell you this:

 

If opening a PDF document from an email attachment, you should have no issue, it works quite well.

 

If you are transferring a PDF document to the device to open from the Media Card, then you will need a third party PDF reader like PDFtoGo, BeamBerry or Repligo.

i am facing same problem, i find in pop op massage "unrecognized document format Resend? if resend then says same "unrecognized document format". i am really frustrate , how to resolve this issue.

As with the OP of this thread, please provide complete details. Are you attempting to open these while they remain email attachments? Or do you save the attachment to your BB memory and then try to open it?
