I bought this phone from someone and iv had problem receiving calls and texts and making them. Internet works fine and iv checked to see if the phone is blocked on an imei checker and its not blocked. Please can you help

Text Message and Call services are Carrier related issue , have you call your carrier Virgin to know about this issue ? Also is i virgin your Carrier confirmed that your device is Unlocked or not Blocked . 

Please call your Carrier to know about this issue they can help you regarding this matter.
