my blackberry curve 9300 wont come on, it loads the blackberry with the white bar and gets to the end of the white bar then stops there and freezes and its been like thisfor almost 3 weeks i have tried taking battery out and putting it in and left it alone for hours then it goes to white screen with 'reset' app error

how do i do this it doesnt even come on it loads untill end of white bar then doesnt go any further ?

Please try the steps I listed above.  The device doesn't have to fully load for this to work.  You can also take the phone to the store and they can do it for you.

the probelm from your backberry software , try to install OS again to your blackberry
