please help me!!! my BB is so important to me!

i have a message in the part that usually go the name of the operator, but today i wake up and i see my BB was off and i turned on and have this message "PHONE NOT ALLOWED MM6" i dont have signal only SOS calls

PLease help to fixed this problem! why happens this!!

Try resetting the device taking out the battery for 30 seconds and reinstall it again, let me know

So, go to any Carrier's store (of course your carrier ) and change the sim card, and check if you solve the problem.

no its no a sim error because i already try with a diferent sim card and dindt work to and show the same message

im Porta from Ecuador and yes i i put the sim in another device and is well they have signal but when i put in the bb doesnt work and also i try with a different sim  car
