please help with bbm

my messages are not being delivered. i tried everything.. PLEASE HELP

Well....when you deliver a message to a contact on BBM,whats the icon that's next to your message?

 

If its a square timer box (thats red), it's probably cause either or your SIM card isn't inserted properly (try re-inserting), or you to re-activate your data plan

 

If its a check mark thats next to your message (without the "D" or "R" on top of it), probably the contact you've sent the message to, hasn't renewed his/her data plan!

 

You could always call up your carrier and ask them to help you out!

 

But do provide some more information on your issue!!

Thank you for getting back to me. a check appears next to the message without the "D" or "R" on top of it..
