plz help

hi all i recently got my momms bb curve and it worked fine until one day it said on the screen "reload software 552".

the screen has stayed frozen like that for ages and i tried to take it to my cell phone company but they were useless.

all i really wana do is extract my contacts from that but it is turnin out pretty imposible.

You'll need to connect your phone to BlackBerry Desktop Software to get anywhere with it, whether it be powering it back up or reloading contacts to it.
