i have this message on my BB curve 9300 :

 

net_rim_bb_pieshone_app(911) not responding process,

 

please advise,

Have you tried a battery pull? With the phone switched on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, reinsert it and wait for the phone to reboot. See if that cures it.
