I do not manage to configure several email addresses. That puts me failure update. Who can help me?thanks.sorry for my language english.Isaliyah

Are you trying to your personal emails on your BlackBerry ? 

 

Do you already have a BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS from your Carrier Virgin france ? 

 

If you have it in your account then refer to this KB for help :

On 3 emails I was able to that to configure 1 only one. At the beginning I had 3 emails and since a few days nothing more. I find myself that with 1 email. Virgin France says that the problem comes from Blackberry. I made an update, the problem is always there. I always have failure update. I have BIS

Hi there

If you already have BIS then use your BlackBerry browser and browse to www.blackberry.com/integrate and try to add / edit any email accounts .

Try it and let us know .

Can you try that again from your BlackBerry ?
